An all bronze set for marine use.    Adams & Westlake had a branch in Philadelphia.Design of both knob and plate are the same as the Sargent knobN-15700and the plate appears to be marked MARION Attachment is based on US patent number 707375, August 19, 1902 by William Bartholonew  assigned to Adams & Westlake. Details of the attachment are shown atM-18268which was the other knob used with the set.
