McBarnes Memorial Building,  on the southeast corner of Grove and East Street, Bloomington, IL. It is named for Mr. John McBarnes, who donated the funds for construction. The building was completed in 1923 in honor the veterans of the Civil and First World Wars.  Used Revere design plates from Reading's 1923 catalog.
