Chemical Trust Building was constructed in 1896 to designs by Chicago architect Henry Ives Cobb. Located at 721 Olive Street in Saint Louis, next door to the Union Trust BuildingP-49910. The building feature red stone, brick and terra cotta for the body of the building, and an ornamental cast iron facade for the street level storefronts.
