From the Equitable Building in Atlanta, 1892. It was designed by Burnham and Root in Root's hometown of Atlanta and completed a year or so after he died.  The knob pictured is encased in plastic as a paperweight by the Trust Company of Georgia, who demolished the building to build a skyscraper on their site in the late 1960s.
