McC Roanoke Building
Cyrus McCormick was a pioneer in the farm equipment business, and his family invested heavily in Chicago real estate. The Lumber Exchange/Roanoke Building on LaSalle Street was the second of two buildings using the McCormick monogram on the doorknobs. The earlier McCormick Building has similar doorknobs with a B at the end of the monogram (P-46170). Click on each photo below to view additional images and information.
