Henry Clay Frick hired D. H. Burnham and Company to design a 20 story office building which still bears his name more than 11 decades later.  The building dwarfed the Carnegie Steel building from a decade earlier, where Frick once worked in partnership with Andrew Carnegie.  Bronze doorknobs monogrammed with an F were installed throughout the building, and a few were even installed at Clayton, Frick's home in Pittsburgh's Point Breeze neighborhood. Burnham also designed the door hardware. Corbin made the hardware and offered it as Orvieto (M-16700andM16710)  on page 894 of the 1905 Corbin catalog.
