A knob with unusual polychrome finish. Listed in the Corbin records of special design knobs as made for the New Theatre. It was located on Central Park West at 62nd Street, New York. It open in April 1908 and demolished in 1930. The knob is found in1907 Corbin advertising material and with a different plate in a c. 1927 "Modern Color Treatment Builders' Hardware" 8 page brochure of polychrome finish hardware.
